中医药调理三阴性乳癌术後副作用之病例报告

Case report of Chinese medicine regulates postoperative side effects of triple-negative breast cancer

摘要

《一位40岁女性患者在四年前罹患左侧乳癌，接受左侧乳房全切除手术及放射线治疗後，患者希望减少术後及放射性治疗的副作用，如腋下麻痛等症状及提升机体的免疫力而至本院中医部诊治。本病属於中医「乳岩」的范畴，其成因是痰液核结积聚在肝经而致病。乳癌在外科手术及放射线治疗後，协同中医降低放射治疗的损伤性副作用，提高乳癌患者的存活率及生活品质。本篇病例报告则是中医运用中药调养脏腑，透过辨证论治与体质分析，从根本着手，以达到改善的效果。

A 40-year-old female patient suffered from left side of breast cancer 4 years ago before searching TCM help. After mastectomy and radiotherapy, the patient came to the Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of our hospital for treatment in the hope of reducing the side effects of surgery and radiotherapy, such as armpit numbness and pain, and improving the body’s immunity. This disease belongs to the category of " breast-rock tumor " in traditional Chinese medicine. Its cause is the accumulation of sputum nuclei in the liver meridian. After left side of breast cancer surgery and radiotherapy, Chinese medicine can be used in conjunction with Western medicine to reduce the damaging side effects of radiotherapy, and improvement in the survival rate and quality of life of breast cancer patients. This case report showed the use of traditional Chinese medicine to regulate the internal organs functions. Through syndrome differentiation and treatment and physical analysis, it starts from the root to achieve improvement results.
