The pandemic of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has broken out in Taiwan since May 2022. In order to preserve the medical capacity, the government announced that the patients with confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 will be admitted and treated according to the principle of triage. Our results indicate that after TCM treatment, up to 87.6% of the patients agree with the "improvement of the disease"; in addition, 89.5% of the patients are willing to use traditional 46 Chinese medicine after this medication experience, and 94.5% of the patients believed that telemedicine consultation was helpful.
