To investigate the behavior of patients during the COVID-19 pandemic and the changes in the symptoms of COVID-19 after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, a total of 1404 patients were enrolled to participate in this study and were evaluated using the questionnaire. The change of symptoms in patients after the treatment of TCM prescription collected in this study can be used as reference by physicians for future clinical treatment in patients with mild acute stage of COVID-19 and its sequelae. Our results indicate that after TCM treatment, up to 87.6% of the patients agree with the "improvement of the disease"; in addition, 89.5% of the patients are willing to use traditional Chinese medicine after this medication experience, and 94.5% of the patients believed that telemedicine consultation was helpful. Taken together, the patients were very satisfied with the auxiliary treatment of TCM and are willing to have TCM treatment in the future.
