【摘要】
|
|
修格兰氏症候群（Sjögren’s syndrome）是一种慢性自体免疫疾病，主要侵犯於泪腺及唾液腺为主。本例病案报告一50 岁妇女因诊断乾燥症候群已近9 年，眼乾舌燥反覆，期间尝试西药仍未明显改善，透过中医药治疗後成功改善口乾眼乾及生活品质，希望可作为临床医师欲改善乾燥症患者口乾眼乾不适症状的另类治疗选择。

【Summary】

|
Sjögren’s syndrome (SS) is a chronic autoimmune disease that mainly affects the lacrimal and salivary glands. This paper describes a treatment for a 50-yearold woman suffering from dry eyes (keratoconjunctivitis sicca), dry mouth (xerostomia), for 9 years. After western medicine (Evoxac) treatment of dry mouth, the situation has not significantly improved. The patient seeks Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatment to control symptoms and improve her quality of life. This report aims to provide an effective clinical case for the treatment of SS in Chinese medicine practitioners.
