从经典《黄帝内经》《难经》之文献回顾探讨泌尿生理

【摘要】

|
近年中医在肾泌尿疾病的治疗受到重视，中医药使用率也逐年上升，现代医学泌尿系统是由肾、膀胱、血管系统、肾小管、神经系统及激素构成，因系统分类与方法学之差异，中医与现代泌尿生理有不同的论述。中医典籍中，描述泌尿生理的内容散落於不同书本及章节，截至目前无统整性中医泌尿生理资料，引用文献多以《素问·经脉别论篇》为架构，但其内容仍不足以描述完整泌尿生理。基於建立由典籍为基础之泌尿生理架构，本篇结合现代医学及古籍文献，分析《黄帝内经》及《难经》两本中医经典，期望能归纳出完整中医泌尿生理路径，让中医面对肾泌尿疾病，能精准、有层次地诊治。

【Summary】

|
Traditional Chinese medicine had been used gradually in renal urinary diseases due to its efficacy and clinical advantages in recent years. The urinary system includes the kidneys, renal pelvis, ureters, bladder and urethra. However, there are conceptual differences between Chinese medicine and western medicine in urinary physiology. In classical TCM literature, urinary physiological articles had scattered in various chapters. Consequently, there is no integrated urological physiological information in Traditional Chinese medicine. In order to set the urinary physiology model, we had reviewed and summarized systematically from modern medical science and the Chinese medical classics called "Huang Di Nei Jing" and " Nan Jing ". Thus, we could approach renal urinary diseases accurately and deeply base on integrated urinary physiology of Chinese medicine.
