赤凤迎源针法治疗急性下背痛之病例报告

【摘要】

|
下背痛是一种常见的慢性疼痛疾病，其表现涵盖肌肉与骨骼等器质性病变，但临床上常见於具有疼痛症状却无明显之病兆。针灸是中医治疗下背痛的常见方法，被广泛地应用在临床上使用，但碍於现实环境所限，针刺手法常被医者所忽略或精简，本篇将藉由赤凤迎源手法来提高循经感传以增加疗效，并以无明显病兆之下背疼痛病例做佐证。本病例为65 岁男性患者，2019 年5 月初开始左侧後髂腰上棘附近酸痛，无法弯腰和抬脚，骨科诊断第四腰椎与第五腰椎椎间盘（L4/L5）轻微狭窄，已排除周边血管疾病与结石，暂不需要手术治疗，因此病患於5 月23 日至本院接受针灸合并赤凤迎源手法治疗後，腰部活动范围增加，疼痛大幅改善，希望藉由本文以提供中医师於临床上增加手法治疗腰部扭拉伤之显效依据。

【Summary】

This is a 65-year-old male patient who suffered from acute onset of left low back pain and came to our Orthopedics OPD in May, 2019. He was diagnosed with L4-L5 intervertebral disc stenosis. Although medicines for pain relief were prescribed, his symptoms still persisted. Peripheral vascular disease and urinary tract stones were excluded. Therefore, he received acupuncture treatment on May 23, and the range of lumbar motion and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) improved significantly.According to our experience, it is generally believed that integrated treatments of acupuncture and western medicine are very helpful for low back pain. In this case, low back pain can be relieved immediately by the needling technique of Chifeng Yingyuan, which can reduce muscle tension and pain effectively. As a result, it is advisable to consider this acupuncture technique as a treatment of low back pain.
