COVID-19 後遗症之神经痛及嗅觉丧失恢复一例

A Case Report of Recovery from Sequelae of COVID-19 with Neuralgia and Anosmia

【摘要】

本病例为严重特殊传染性肺炎（COVID-19）轻症住院之患者，出院後仍有神经痛及嗅觉丧失等後遗症，且聚合酶连锁反应检测仍为阳性，伴有疲倦甚、腹泻或便秘、皮肤红疹痒甚、失眠、打喷嚏等症状，经诊断认为是外邪入里、热扰心神的少阳症，以经方加减及台湾清冠一号治疗三个月後，神经痛已改善，嗅觉丧失也恢复，已可正常上班。新冠肺炎痊愈後，而仍有後遗症的患者常会寻求中医的调理，本案例或可供同道们做一叁考。

【Summary】

This case is a patient hospitalized with mild COVID-19. After discharge, there are still sequelae such as neuralgia and anosmia, and the polymerase chain reaction test for COVID-19 is still positive. After the combination treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and NRICM101, the above symptoms are all resolved improve.
