【摘要】

新冠肺炎（COVID-19）疫情侵扰全球超过2 年，病毒变异变型快速，除发烧头痛、呼吸道症状，尚有疲累、味嗅觉异常等等病症发现。中医温病揭示“温邪上受，首先犯肺”，符合现今COVID-19 肺炎感染情况，本文以气分温病并发肺炎的证治，麻杏甘石汤合清冠一号中药宣肺清火，缓解新冠肺炎邪热壅肺的案例。

【Summary】

The COVID-19 pneumonia epidemic has invaded the world for more than 2 years. The virus mutates rapidly. In addition to fever, headache, respiratory symptoms, fatigue, abnormal taste and smell, and other symptoms have been found. Traditional Chinese medicine for febrile disease reveals that “warming pathogens are the first to infect the lungs”, which is in line with the current situation of COVID-19 pneumonia. Taking Ma-Xing-Gan-Shi-Tang (MXGST) with NRICM101 to relieve the case of COVID-19 pneumonia from the evil heat of lung and heart pattern.
