中医治疗多囊性卵巢病例报告

【摘要】

|
生育年龄排卵不正常，最常见的原因是多囊性卵巢症候群（Polycystic ovarian syndrome, PCOS），但病因与机转尚未确立，西医是使用药物，针对不同的症状、不同的目的，给予不同的治疗方法。本病例提出一名32 岁女性，因长年月经周期不规则前来彰基医院中医部就诊，後至妇产科诊断为双侧多囊性卵巢，於半年期间，单纯以中药治疗，经中医辨证论治後，搭配月经周期疗法，处方以补肾、疏肝、活血化瘀等中药加减，月经周期渐趋稳定，而且每个周期皆可见到排卵分泌物。目前病患生理状况良好，积极配合中医後续的医疗追踪及处置。在此整理半年的门诊追踪纪录，提供临床上中医治疗多囊性卵巢的实证。

【Summary】

|
Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is the most common cause of abnormal ovulation during the reproductive years, however the exact cause and mechanism of PCOS are unknown. Doctors give different medicine for diffenert symptoms and purposes.In this case, a 32-year-old woman with long-term irregular menstrual cycles came to Chinese Medicine Department of Changhua Christian Hospital for treatment. Later, she was diagnosed with bilateral polycystic ovary in the department of obstetrics and gynecology. During the six months, she was treated with traditional Chinese medicine only which was based on syndrome differentiation and menstrual cycle. Under the treatment of tonifying kidney, dispersing stagnated liver, removing phlegm, and promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis, her menstrual cycle became stable and the vaginal discharge were seen in each ovulation period. She actively cooperate with the doctor for the treatment and is in good physical condition now. Here are the six monthly medical records of this patient, which provide evidence of the treatment for polycystic ovary syndrome by Chinese medicine.
