【摘要】

本篇论文藉由中国医药大学北港附设医院临床案例分析，来深入探讨中国医北港附设医院对慢性不愈伤口的一套标准收案流程、内外科的治疗方式，此外，也利用此案例与上海曙光医院对慢性不愈伤口的治疗方式做比较。在总结归纳之後，虽两岸在证型与用药颇有差异，但皆有实证医学验证，也在临床案例上都能见到十足的疗效。

【Summary】

In this paper, through the clinical case analysis of the China Medical University Hospital, we will deeply discuss a set of standard treatment procedures for chronic wounds, and the treatment methods. In addition, this case is also used to treat chronic wounds to be compared the treatment methods with Shanghai Shuguang Hospital. After summarizing, although the two sides have quite different types of TMC syndromes and traditional Chinese medications, they all have verification of evidence-based medicine, and they have also seen full efficacy in clinical cases.
